If you are experiencing issues with your app on an iOS/Apple device, here are some quick steps to help you troubleshoot:

  • Check that the app is updated to the latest version. You do this in ‘About this app’ and force update if it is not the latest version

    • You can find the latest version of your app in Fliplet Studio in the Launch checklist

  • Delete the app and reinstall it.

If none of these work please email support@fliplet.com and confirm:

  1. What app you are having the issue on

  2. What type of mobile device

  3. What version of the operating system you are using. Check by going into Settings > General > About > Version

  4. What problem the app is having, include a screenshot if you can. Take a screenshot by locking the device at the same time as you press the home button. With iOS 11, you can now also annotate your screenshot or take a screen recording
