If you are experiencing issues with your app on an iOS/Apple device, here are some quick steps to help you troubleshoot:
Check that the app is updated to the latest version. You do this in ‘About this app’ and force update if it is not the latest version
You can find the latest version of your app in Fliplet Studio in the Launch checklist
Delete the app and reinstall it.
If none of these work please email firstname.lastname@example.org and confirm:
What app you are having the issue on
What type of mobile device
What version of the operating system you are using. Check by going into Settings > General > About > Version
What problem the app is having, include a screenshot if you can. Take a screenshot by locking the device at the same time as you press the home button. With iOS 11, you can now also annotate your screenshot or take a screen recording.
