If you are experiencing issues with your app on an iOS/Apple device, here are some quick steps to help you troubleshoot:

  1. Check that the app is updated to the latest version. You do this in ‘About this app’ and force update if it is not the latest version.
    1. You can find the latest version of your app in Fliplet Studio in the Launch checklist.
  2. Delete the app and reinstall it.

If none of these work please email support@fliplet.com and confirm:

  1. What app is having the issue?

  2. What is the model of your device?

  3. What version of the operating system you are using?

    1. Check by going into Settings > General > About > Version

  4. What problem the app is having, include a screenshot if you can. With iOS, you can also annotate your screenshot or take a screen recording
