To cancel your monthly payment you must cancel your active subscription first. 

Note: To purchase or cancel a plan you must be an organization admin. If you are not an organization admin, you can follow the below steps to request a plan to be canceled. The organization admin will receive a notification of the request.

To cancel your subscription as an organization admin:

  1. Log into studio
  2. Select My Account
  3. Select Billing
  4. Cancel Plan

The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

To send a cancellation request to your organization admin:

  1. Log into studio
  2. Find the app with the plan you want to cancel
  3. Select the more dropdown
  4. Select usage & billing
  5. Request to modify the plan
