How to use custom fonts

To add your custom fonts you will need to upload the font files in Fliplet Studio from your local files. At the moment we support fonts that are .ttf format. If you need to convert your files there are free tools online where you can do this (this one for example).

  1. Go into the app that you wish to upload the fonts to

  2. Click on App settings and go to the Custom fonts tab

  3. You can add your files here either by clicking on the Add button or dragging and dropping the files directly into the screen

  4. When you click on Add you also have the option to add new Folders. Using folders will make it easier for you to sort and manage your fonts. Once you’ve created a folder, double-click to enter and then upload your fonts directly to the folder

  5. To go back from a folder click on the arrow button next to the folder name

  6. Once you’ve added your fonts and want to use them, head into the Edit app tab

  7. You can change specific text on any screen by highlighting it and changing the font in the Font Family option in the text toolbar. Your custom fonts will be added at the top of this list, so you might have to scroll up the list to see them

  8. If you want to set the font to be applied to the whole app/specific text sections such as headings or paragraphs you can do this in the Appearance section

  9. Choose any option that allows you to change the font and click on the drop-down list. Your fonts will be added to the top of this list

  10. Once you’ve selected your font and clicked save, it will be applied across the app
