Step 1 – Navigate to the analytics dashboard through your app
- Open the Analytics Dashboard in your Studio account by selecting “analytics” on your chosen app
- Click the “Advanced Analytics” button to access the overlay
Step 2 – Input required settings
- In the “Settings” tab, provide details about your app. These details will assist the AI in making more accurate analyses and suggestions
- You only need to complete this the first time you use the tool, but you can update it at any time for more accurate info
- Examples of information to provide:
- Purpose of your app (e.g., an event app for an annual Partner retreat)
- Description of your app’s audience (e.g., “Partners of the business”)
- Main features of your app (e.g., “Agenda, Registration, Location Details”)
- Each screen’s purpose and functionality (auto-populated from app data but editable)
- Click “Apply Settings” to save your inputs
Step 3 – Generate the report
- Navigate to the “Report Generation” tab
- Select a time range using the date picker
- Click “Generate Report” to produce a detailed analytics summary
Step 4 – Optional: Download the report
- If you have the paid version, you can select the “Download” button to download a PDF copy of the report to your device.
